1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website bosku.pro, registering an account, making a deposit, using any games or services provided, you automatically acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines ours.

Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3 User Account

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on bosku at any one time. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the freezing of all associated accounts as well as the forfeiture of accumulated balances and wins.

You are fully responsible for the security of your login credentials, including your username and password. Bosku recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Report to our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Log out of your account when using a shared device.

Bosku will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your own account credentials. All activity that occurs under your account is deemed to have been carried out by you unless you report a security incident within a reasonable time.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Deposit:

5 Bonus & Promotions

Bosku offers a wide variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions accompanying each promotion. The general conditions applicable to all bosku bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the respective promotional terms.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without fulfilling the specified wagering requirements.

6 Game Rules

• Use of unapproved third-party software, bots or game manipulation methods.
• Attempts at money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.

• Discovery that the user is a minor (under 18 years of age).

If your account is terminated due to a breach of terms, any balance associated with fraudulent activity or the breach will be forfeited. Balances unrelated to the breach will be returned at bosku's discretion once the investigation is concluded.

9 Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by applicable law, bosku and its affiliates, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service disruptions, server failures, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Acts or omissions by third parties, including payment providers and game software providers.
• Unfavourable game outcomes that form part of the inherent risk of each game.
• Unauthorised use of the platform resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

In any event, the maximum total liability of bosku to you shall not exceed the net deposit amount you have made in the thirty (30) days prior to the claim arising.
